  • You matter! You don’t have to do this alone! Let’s laugh, cry, yell, geek-out, and get messy together because life brings it all. Nikki comes to the session prepared to help you get curious in a non judgemental way. She integrates a variety of methods, techniques, and experiential approaches to help you (re)discover you.

Nikki utilizes creative processes when words are not enough or not available, including art-making. You do not have to be “good” at art to benefit from the art making process. Just need an open mind. Incorporating art and creativity into sessions increases mindfulness, distress tolerance, problem-solving, sense of play, and builds mind-body connection.
