Maddie’s therapeutic approach is humanistic and relational in nature and incorporates CBT, somatic techniques and expressive therapy tools. Maddie works from a perspective of cultural humility and is trauma informed.

    As a Registered and Board Certified Art Therapist, Maddie utilizes the creative process to support self-exploration and promote play and build skills such as frustration tolerance, somatic connection and healing.

    Nikki is passionate about working with pre-teens to teens and supporting them with skills to manage anxiety and depression. She also enjoys working with adults who are looking for creative strategies to heal from trauma, life stressors, anxiety and depression.

    Nikki comes to the session prepared to help you get curious in a non judgemental way. She integrates a variety of methods, techniques, and experiential approaches to help you (re)discover you.
