  • Shannon Steven

Shannon Steven is an art teacher with a master’s degree in K12 Art Education. She has worked in the classroom predominantly with elementary-aged students but has also worked with adults throughout her career.

She believes that art-making is a natural human drive that everyone should have access to. Through technique building, mindfulness and art activities, engaging play, and adventure she helps her students experience the joy and benefits that visual art can provide.

She is an approachable and enthusiastic teacher who values wonder and curiosity and enjoys the way the visual arts make values accessible to everyone!

Shannon is also the owner and operator of Wonder Wander, a wonderful online art newsletter that offers education and connection to public art.

  • Liane Olson

Liane’s approach to yoga and sound is grounded in nervous system regulation and intentional practice.

After being diagnosed with a chronic pain disorder in her early twenties, She turned to yoga as a therapeutic foundation for healing. This led her to complete my 200-hour certification through The Yoga Center of Minneapolis, with focused training in breathwork and mindful movement.

She is currently completing advanced studies in Himalayan Kriya Yoga with Arctic Hive, expanding her work with subtle energy and meditative disciplines.

In recent years, She was introduced to sound baths, an experience that profoundly shifted her practice. The resonance of frequency and vibration opened a new dimension of awareness, inspiring her to expand her path as a sound facilitator and guide others into states of deep rest, balance, and reconnection.

Liane offers group Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath events; Specialty Yoga and Sound Workshops; as well as Private Events and Instruction.

  • Molly Anthony

Molly Anthony is a writer and mixed-media artist and is also the co-facilitator for the MN Visual Journal Collective (a free monthly group for artists of all mediums hosted by Wet Paint).

She loves exploring art in all forms and sharing her ideas with others, but through the pandemic and family struggles she learned the importance of using those practices for self-care.

In her work and her teachings, she strives to embrace imperfection, focuses on process over product and is constantly looking for new ways to be curious about the world around her. You can find her artwork on Instagram at @mkranthony and on her website TheFoundArtWalk.com.
