Heart Space Therapy and all the providers are fee-for-service which means that we do not accept insurance. We do this intentionally to offer the most effective care dictated by the client and therapist.
We understand this may be a barrier therefore we offer sliding scale options for clients and are happy to discuss what would work best for you.
If your plan has out-of-network benefits we are happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit for coverage.

While providers at Heart Space are both art therapists that is not all we provide. We meet the client where they are at and with their goals in mind. Our training offers a holistic approach to therapy which may include, if interested, the creative arts!

Yes, we provide in-person at the studio: 2213 W 54th Street MPLS as well as virtual. We want to make therapy easy for you to attend so please discuss your preference at intake.
Please note, there is not waiting room at Heart Space. If you see a sign out front, please wait in your car or outside on the bench for your provider to greet you.
