Often described as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that leads you through breath awareness, body scanning, and gentle visualization. It works by gradually shifting your brainwaves into the tranquil states between wakefulness and sleep, where the body can release tension, the mind can soften, and the nervous system can settle into profound rest.
Within this quiet, receptive state, the sound bath unfolds around you—crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments creating an atmosphere of spaciousness and ease. This offering is designed to help you unwind fully and reconnect with a calmer, more centered version of yourself.
All levels are welcome—simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow yourself to drift into a restorative state of rest and sound.
