This 45 minute Kriya Yoga class is an energy-focused practice that blends breath work, dynamic movement, mantra, and visualization to clear tension, balance the nervous system, and awaken your natural vitality. It’s a powerful yet accessible way to create energetic space and quiet the mind.

Offered as a separate class before the sound bath, this practice helps you arrive in a more open, grounded, and receptive state—allowing the sound immersion that follows to land with greater depth and ease.

Whether you join for the yoga class alone or choose to continue into the sound immersion afterward, each offering stands on its own. Together, they create a thoughtfully curated pathway—from gentle activation to profound relaxation.

What is Kriya Yoga?

Himalayan Kriya Yoga is an ancient, energy-based practice that uses breathwork, dynamic movements, mantra, and visualization to shift the body out of stress patterns and into a more spacious, balanced state. Unlike more familiar yoga styles, this lineage focuses on awakening the flow of prana, releasing emotional and energetic blockages, and supporting the body’s innate ability to self-regulate. The practice is gentle yet potent—stimulating the subtle channels, activating the breath, and encouraging a felt sense of clarity, vitality, and grounding.
